Adolfo Bloch, a prominent Brazilian-Jewish publisher, was today awarded a medal by the Brazilian Air Force for his journalistic contributions to promoting that branch of the service. Mr. Block publishes a number of weekly newspapers, among them the widely circulated “Manchete.”
