The Government of Chile issued an order to Frank Pfeifer, head of the Chilean Nazi party, to dissolve the movement by May 15. The order, transmitted to the Nazi leader by Chilean police, warned that failure to do would open members of the party to charges of violation of the Law of Internal Security of the State.

The Nazi Movimiento National Socialista was founded last September. Its members have appeared only on the streets in groups dressed in brown uniforms and wearing swastika armbands. A street appearance in Port Calsaraiso ended in an incident which led to denunciations and protests in the newspapers.
