Vladimir Halpern, Geneva director of the World ORT Union, was cordially received in Warsaw today by Poland’s Minister for Health and Social Security Rutkewicz, according to a dispatch received from the Polish capital. Mr. Halpern is in Warsaw for a short visit in connection with ORT’s activities in that country.
