Mark S. Lavetter, 22, of Detroit, was elected international president of the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization at the 21st Annual BBYA International Convention held at Camp B’nai B’rith here. He served last year as international program vice president. BBYO is the world’s largest Jewish youth organization.
