Israel Galili, Minister Without Portfolio, who has been named recently the first Minister of Information in the Israeli Cabinet, took his post today. Mr. Galili is a leader of the Achdut Avodah faction of the Mapai-Achdut Avodah alignment, the dominant factor in Israel’s present Government.
