Members of the World Union of General Zionists and some other Zionist groups strongly criticized last night the reorganization plan of the Jewish Agency. They demanded that the plan be carried out on the basis of one head only for each of the projected nine departments.

The Zionist leaders said they would demand the resignation of the World Zionist executive at the January meeting of the Zionist Actions Committee unless their demand was implemented. The General Zionists were joined in their demand by Herut, Mapam and the Religious Zionist leader S.Z. Shragai.

All of the leaders indicated opposition to the recommendation that joint heads should be appointed for a number of the reorganized departments. Executive action on the Korn committee recommendations, which were presented to the Jewish Agency this week, has been postponed until the return from the United States on November 14 of Aryeh L. Fincus, Agency executive chairman.
