Two Yiddish authors — Menucha Rom, of Paris, and Moshe Jungman, of Israel — were awarded here today the annual Joseph Opatoshu Prizes for Yiddish literature. Miss Rom received her citation for her book, “Winds,” and Mr. Jungman was honored for his work, “White Towers.” Each prize is $300.
