Joining the Soviet Union and some of the other members of the Eastern European block, Yugoslavia has broken off its relations with Israel. The decision, following several days of discussion with the Government and the Communist Party, was conveyed to Israeli Minister, Avigdor Dagan by Deputy Foreign Minister Milo Pavicevic. Rumania is the only Communist country of eastern Europe which did not discontinue diplomatic relations with Israel.
