Former Egyptian army bases captured during the Six-Day War will be reconstructed and renovated for the use of the Israeli army, it was reported here today. On the west bank of the Jordan River, installations used by King Hussein’s Arab Legion, the crack Jordanian military force smashed during the war, are already in use by the Israeli army.

In the Golan Heights, the occupied Syrian territory taken by Israel, prefabricated houses are now being built for Israel’s occupation forces for shelter against a possible early winter in that region. Winter clothing is also being issued now to the Israeli army in occupied Syria.
