Sen. Charles Percy. Illinois Republican, called here on the Soviet Union today to help solve the Arab refugee problem. Sen. Percy a potential candidate for the Republican presidential nomination in 1968, told newsmen here that the Arab refugee problem was such that “in the humanitarian interest, the Soviet Union could help in joining to solve it.”
