The Cleveland Council on Soviet Anti-Semitism has announced that it will distribute “protest seals” as a device to alert Americans to the repression of Jewish religious and cultural life in the Soviet Union. According to Dr. Abe Silverstein, chairman of the Council, the postage stamp-size seals are available in sheets of 50 to be used on personal and group mail.
