Moshe Dayan reiterated in the Knesset (Parliament) today that there is no evidence to prove that the “Dakar.” the Israeli submarine that disappeared with all hands in the Eastern Mediterranean several months ago, was lost due to any “hostile” action from any “hostile” power.
