Zeev Sharef, Israel’s new Finance Minister, and Ambassador Yitzhak Rabin, will address the Economic Emergency Conference of the State of Israel Bond Organization, Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, Israel Bond vice-president, has announced. The conference will meet here for three days, starting Sept, 6. The conference will be attended by more than 350 community leaders of the United States and Canada and will initiate efforts for the Israel bond campaign during the fall of this year.
