A ten-man delegation from Czechoslovakia arrived here unexpectedly last night to attend the international congress on poultry raising. The group was headed by Prof. Clemens, dean of the veterinary faculty at Brno University. A Rumanian delegation is also participating and the Soviet Union announced that it would send a representative but he has not arrived yet.
