Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Jewish Congress, arrived here today for a series of public appearances and conferences with American Jewish leaders. He will address a meeting of the World Jewish Congress here Sunday. On Nov. 24, the former president of the World Zionist Organization will receive the Theodor Herzl medallion presented by the Zionist Organization of America in ceremonies at the organization’s annual convention.
