The 1968 Human Rights Award of the World Jewish Congress was presented here last night to Mrs. Luise Schaeffer del Rio, president of the Chilean Organization for the United Nations, at a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the issuance of the United Nations Declaration on Human Rights. Foreign Minister Gabriel Valdes, Justice Minister Jaime Castillo and Justice Osvaldo Illanes, president of the Supreme Court, were among those addressing the gathering.
