Israeli Ambassador Yosef Tekoah, after meeting today with Secretary General U Thant, told newsmen he felt Mr. Thant’s remarks in Geneva reflected the Arab-Soviet point of view. Mr. Thant had termed the Soviet Middle East plan “concrete and realistic.” Mr. Tekoah reiterated his charge that the UN is dominated by the Arab-Soviet bloc, but added that Israel will insist on her rights “despite the one-sided views of the Secretary General.”
