The National Council of Jewish Women announced today that it would strengthen its existing senior citizen aid programs in anticipation of Federal budget cuts that threaten the funding of the Administration on Aging. Mrs. Earl Marvin, president of the services organization, urged volunteer organizations to take up the lag between social need and legislative action.
