Soviet Jews will conduct a demonstration Sept. 29, the day of Yom Kippur, at Babi Yar on the outskirts of Kiev. it was reported today by the Student Struggle For Soviet Jewry and the Southern California Council for Soviet Jewry. This information, it was reported, was given by a visitor to the Soviet Union who has just returned to the United States. According to the information, the demonstration marking the 30th anniversary of the Babi Yar massacre by the Nazis is being organized by the same group of Jews who were arrested on Tisha B’Av near Kiev after they resisted attempts by Soviet police to prevent them from going to Babi Yar.
