A six-man delegation of Black American civic leaders began a week-long visit to Israel yesterday. They are scheduled to meet with officials of the Foreign and Education ministries and with Histadrut leaders. They will also tour the country, visiting among other places, the Lachish region and the Arab villages of Tira and Taib. The visitors are guests of the Foreign Ministry. The delegation is headed by Paul Parks, Model City Administrator of Boston. The others include Preston Wilcox, of Afram Associates, NYC; Robert L. Hall of the Watts-Labor Community Action in Los Angele and ChuckStone, Philadelphia Daily News columnist.
