Members of Kibbutz Kfar Massarik near Haifa will go to Finland shortly to train for the production of color TV sets. The Kibbutz currently manufactures black-and-white sets under license from the Finnish company “Salora.” It expects eventually to produce 5000 sets per annum to be marketed in European countries.
Foreign Minister Abba Eban called on world opinion today to end the Soviet Union’s intimidation of its Jews. He said the Russians were sacrificing principles of law and justice.
