A Tel Aviv District Court judge has ordered a kibbutz to pay IL 900 a month in alimony to the divorced wife of one of its members until she finds a new home, The case is unique since kibbutzim have always contended that no one forces a member to leave after a divorce. The judge, however, ruled that the kibbutz, as a collective, is responsible for its members.
