Howard Squadron, chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, led a delegation of Jewish leaders today in what he termed a “frank and candid meeting” with Francois de la Boulez, the French Ambassador to the U.S. about the recent neo-Nazi attacks against Jews in France. Another delegation, headed by Rabbi Joseph Sternstein, president of the American Zionist Federation, is due to meet with Boulez tomorrow to discuss the same problem.
