A number of terrorist incidents were reported this week in different parts of the country, but there were no casualties.

Police bomb disponal experts detonated or dismantled explosive charges near the Tel Aviv University in the Ramat Aviv section of north Tel Aviv, in Petah Tikva, and in Kfar Saba yesterday and Tuesday.

A small explosive charge went off today in Afula. It was the seventh terrorist bombing attempt in the central Jezreel valley town where many Arabs from both Israel and the West Bank have offices or come to work every day.

In yet another incident, the Egged bus cooperative reported that 100 of nearly 1,000 buses parked in its main area parking lot near the Erez check-point at the entrance to the Gaza Strip were gutted by fire on Sunday. The damage is estimated to be about $1.3 million. A 21-year-old Gaza resident detained by police as a suspect has reportedly admitted to have set fire to the buses.
