Israel is trying to arrange a meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat, according to officials from both sides. The head of Netanyahu’s Knesset coalition, Meir Sheetrit, raised the idea of a summit during a meeting Thursday with Arafat, the officials said.
