Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak hinted he would break off negotiations if the Palestinian Authority does not clamp down on terrorism. “The war against terrorism takes precedence over everything else,” Barak said in a statement issued Wednesday, a day after two settlers were shot and wounded in Hebron.
