President Clinton joked on Tuesday that he wished the Middle East peace talks were as easy as persuading Alan Greenspan to serve another term as chairman of the Federal Reserve. Asked if it took some persuading to get Greenspan to accept the job, Clinton said no and mused that he wished he could have the same easy time with Israeli and Arab leaders.
