Yasser Arafat complained that his meeting earlier this week with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak yielded no concrete results. “We want a quick, clear move to push the peace process forward,” the Palestinian Authority president said in Cairo, where he conferred with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak before flying to Washington for a meeting Thursday with President Clinton.
