A U.S. immigration appeals board upheld a court order that Chicago resident Juozas Naujalis be deported to Lithuania for serving in a Nazi-sponsored unit there that murdered thousands of Jews. In a separate development, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a deportation order against Ferdinand Hammer, a Michigan resident accused of serving as a guard at two Nazi concentration camps.
