A national Jewish organization focusing on outreach to the intermarried is expanding its mission from being a “think tank and a research institute to becoming a key provider of program services,” according to its newsletter. Among its plans, the New York-based Jewish Outreach Institute now hopes to launch a “national helpline” for interfaith couples.
