Syria’s foreign minister and France’s president are expected to talk about the future of Lebanon on Tuesday. Farouk al-Sharaa and Jacques Chirac are expected to discuss Israel’s planned withdrawal from southern Lebanon and may also talk about Syria’s withdrawing as well.
