U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright may go to the Middle East in the coming weeks to push for progress in Israeli-Palestinian negotiations, the State Department said. “The next six to eight weeks could well be a decisive phase” in the talks, State Department spokesman James Rubin said.
