President Clinton should urge Russian President Vladimir Putin not to interfere in the internal affairs of the Jewish community, according to three leading Russian rabbis. Rabbis Berel Lazar, Pinchas Goldschmidt and Chaim Ben-Yaakov made the request during a meeting with U.S. National Security Adviser Sandy Berger and other members of the American delegation that just wrapped up a visit to Moscow.
