George Soros, one of the world’s most famous financiers, said he would invest again in Russia because he supports many of President Vladimir Putin’s reforms. But Soros, who made his comments on a radio station owned by Jewish media tycoon Vladimir Goussinsky, said he is alarmed by the recent harassment of Goussinsky.
