The United States is asking Israel to provide it with advance notice on plans to sell arms to 27 countries it considers centers of instability or dangerous to national security. The Israeli daily Ha’aretz said Israel has been slow in responding to the America proposal, which includes India and China, both important markets for Israeli defense exports.
