U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright does not think Israeli and Palestinian leaders are ready for a summit with President Clinton, a senior U.S. official told The Associated Press. Albright is scheduled to arrive in the Middle East on Tuesday to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat.
