The former head of the U.N. body that inspected Iraqi weapons capabilities said that Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tariq Aziz told him Baghdad developed biological weapons to deal with the “Zionist entity.” Richard Butler was speaking in Jerusalem at a lecture sponsored by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs.
