A philanthropic venture that sends Jewish young adults on free trips to Israel is offering grants to help develop activities for its alumni. Birthright Israel, which has so far paid for 8,000 people to travel to Israel on 10-day trips, is offering grants ranging from $2,500 to $15,000 for activities like reunions, retreats and online forums.
