One man accused of making bomb threats at the Israeli Consulate in Montreal pleaded guilty to possessing explosives in the March incident. Two of the three charges against Ayman Bondok were dropped in exchange for his cooperation in the case against Tarek Khafagy, a 30-year-old recent immigrant from Egypt.
