President Clinton told world leaders attending the U.N. Millennium Summit that Israel and the Palestinian Authority “need your support now more than ever to take the hard risks for peace.” Clinton also warned that the chance for reaching a final peace accord “is fleeting and about to pass. There is not a moment to lose.”
