Israel’s High Court of Justice gave the Social Affairs Ministry three months to decide whether Israelis living abroad should be eligible to receive state pension benefits. The court gave the order following a petition from an Israeli who moved to the United States at the age of 60 and was turned down when he applied for benefits at 65.
