Israeli and Palestinian negotiators began a new round of talks in Egypt aimed at advancing the peace process. The talks at the resort town of Taba are taking place with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak trailing in polls leading up to Israel’s prime ministerial election on Feb. 6.
