Ariel Sharon signaled that any new government he forms will not upset U.S. plans for a possible war against Iraq. The Israeli prime minister sent a message to Washington saying any new government would remain committed to President Bush’s Middle East peace vision, which includes the creation of a Palestinian state, according to the Israeli daily Yediot Achronot.
