A Japanese Cabinet minister retracted a remark in which he compared “money-grabbing people” to Jews. “There are money-grabbing people who are watching like Jews for an opportunity to exploit the” $247 billion health-care market, Yoshio Kimura, vice minister for health and welfare, said Wednesday.
