A street in New York will be named next week for one of the victims of the July 31 suicide bombing at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. At the Nov. 19 ceremony, New York officials will name 69th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues after Janice Coulter, a staffer with the American Friends of Hebrew University who was one of nine people killed in the attack.
