Israeli soldiers captured a Palestinian who allegedly masterminded a terror attack Sunday on a kibbutz in which five Israelis were killed. Mohammed Naefa surrendered Thursday after his hideout in the West Bank city of Tulkarm was surrounded by soldiers. The gunman who carried out the kibbutz attack remains at large.
