A Pakistani man was put to death Nov. 14 for the 1993 murder of two CIA officials outside the agency’s headquarters. Mir Aimal Kasi told the FBI that he had killed the two officials in Langley, Va., while they were in their cars at a stoplight outside CIA headquarters because of his anger at U.S. policy in the Middle East.
