Israeli inventors took the top three prizes at the 54th International Inventions Exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany. David Metrabli took first prize for a helicopter that is designed to rescue people trapped in skyscrapers that have been hit by earthquakes, terrorist attacks or fire, according to the Israeli daily Yediot Achronot.
