The head of the Israel Football Association is looking at stadiums in Britain where Israel can play its “home” games in the run-up to the Euro 2004 tournament. Citing security reasons, European soccer’s governing body UEFA has ruled that the Israeli national team cannot play international qualifying matches in Israel.
