The Swiss government said it plans to close at the end of the year a fund it created for needy Holocaust victims. Since 1997, the fund has distributed some $200 million to more than 300,000 Holocaust survivors.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
